Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?+
  1. 1Open the home page and click the Start free button.
  2. 2On the signup page, enter your details and create your seller account.
  3. 3Go to the login page, enter your email, click Send login code, then enter the code and finish login.
  4. 4If you do not have a store yet, the app will take you to Create business automatically.
  5. 5On Create business, fill in your business details, contacts, logo, and location, then save.
  6. 6After setup, go to Dashboard, add your products or services, and share your business page link with customers.
How do I manage my store?+
  1. 1Log in and open Dashboard from the header or bottom navigation.
  2. 2Use Business details to update your store information, contacts, branding, and description.
  3. 3Use Products & Services to add, edit, search, or filter your items.
  4. 4Turn Visible to customers off when you want to hide an item without deleting it.
  5. 5Use the search bar and Filter button on dashboard pages to find items faster.
How do orders and cart sharing work?+
  1. 1Customers can open a store page, add items to cart, and update quantities from the cart drawer.
  2. 2If the cart contains one store, they can use Share cart from the cart footer.
  3. 3If the cart contains multiple stores, each store section has its own Share cart action.
  4. 4Shared cart links open a dedicated shared cart page for that store.
  5. 5If a cart session expires, the user may need to log in again or rebuild the cart.
How do I get account help?+
  1. 1Open Dashboard and go to Settings to update your account details.
  2. 2Use Change email address in settings if you need to update your email.
  3. 3If login refresh fails, the app will sign you out and send you back to the login page automatically.
  4. 4If you cannot access your old email during email change, use Contact us on this page for support.
How do I share my business page?+
  1. 1Open your public business page from the browser.
  2. 2Copy the page URL from the address bar and send it to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, or anywhere else.
  3. 3Where share actions are available in the app, you can use them instead of copying manually.
Can I sell both products and services?+
  1. 1Yes. If your business type supports both, you can manage both from Products & Services in the dashboard.
  2. 2Customers will be able to browse both on your public business page.
Why was I sent back to login?+
  1. 1That usually means your session expired or the refresh token was missing.
  2. 2Open the login page, enter your email, click Send login code, then verify the code to restore access.
How do I get help from support?+
  1. 1Click the Contact us button at the top of this page.
  2. 2Fill in your name, email, subject, and message, then submit the form.
  3. 3If you already have a store and are logged in, your storeId is sent automatically with the message.
  4. 4Include the email address or phone number on your account so support can help you faster.
